What “with upscaling” changes

The performance targets are not native-resolution guarantees. Steam's current notes say Super Resolution is enabled with NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 and AMD FSR 3.1, while its performance estimates were made using DLSS 4.0 and FSR 3.1. Treat those version details as store-listing information that may be revised before launch.

Can your PC run it?

If you are close to minimum

Use the free Demo as the closest available check. Start with the Low preset, close recording and overlay software, and test a combat-heavy section—not only the opening walk. Meeting minimum specifications does not guarantee a locked frame rate.

If you are close to recommended

The listed target is 60 FPS at 1080p on Medium with upscaling. Higher resolution, ray tracing, recording, or background applications can require more GPU memory and system memory than that baseline.

Important caveats

  • Capcom labels the specifications as subject to change.
  • An SSD is explicitly required; 50 GB of free space on a hard drive does not satisfy that note.
  • Capcom does not guarantee normal operation on unsupported mobile GPUs, external GPUs, or Windows Insider builds.
  • Keep additional free space for shader caches, updates, and platform overhead.

Before troubleshooting performance

First confirm the PC meets the minimum tier, Windows is updated, and the discrete GPU—not an integrated GPU—is assigned to the Demo. Capcom's pinned support thread also recommends current graphics drivers, verified game files, and reduced settings before reporting an issue.
